We are NOW hiring a Territory Manager-Western US to join our Team!

What’s the job?
The Territory Manager is responsible for sales in California and surrounding states, with a particular focus on the LA, San Diego and Bay Area metros. The sales territory will include CA, AZ, WA, CO, NV. This person will ensure the success of the territory’s growth targets by setting the territory specific strategy and tactics in order to engage, nurture and win with diverse stakeholders. This includes the primary decision makers and influencers, such as building developers, owners, investors and architects, as well as general contractors, glazing contractors and electrical contractors. The person must be a prolific networker with strong relationship and trust building skills, combined with overall sales competency and the ability to get technical when needed. Complex, long cycle strategic selling experience is a must. Candidate must reside in California, preference for the LA or San Diego metro areas.
Essential Functions:
Own the territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets
Develop and nurture account and project-based relationships with key developers, owners, investors, and architects aligned to SageGlass’ value proposition
Educate on the benefits SageGlass brings to the investing stakeholders, occupants, and project team
Maintain clear solution and corporate differentiation against competition
Create and nurture ongoing account and project-based relationships with general contractors, glazing and electrical contractors to support successful bidding and installation of SageGlass
Ensure the appropriate level of technical training is provided during the sales and installation process through collaboration with the SageGlass Field Operations team
This person is largely responsible for growing their own pipeline level by creating a self-sustained system of opportunity discovery through a strong referral network
Become a fixture at relevant local events and speaking engagements for to help develop the network necessary for pipeline growth
Collaborate with inside sales and marketing for central office-based opportunity discovery and nurture
Regular reporting of activity and progress through Salesforce
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
5+ years multi-stakeholder, complex and long sale cycle experience required
Experience with sustainability, ESG and wellness trends in real estate desirable
Experience with the real estate market, including architecture, construction, development, or solution vendors serving this market a plus
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Initiative and enthusiasm to grow a network and pipeline
Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels and multiple mediums
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with customer interaction/visits and event support

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $99,900 to $154,800 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,887 to $174,924. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
