Position Description
Job Summary

Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts; 7:00pm-7:00am (3 days one week, 4 days the next).

Career Training & Development: · Comprehensive safety training program (defined SOPs and work instructions) · Career development/advancement Production Operator Duties: · Follow and promote all safety rules and demonstrate knowledge of safe operating procedures · Work amongst continuous running production equipment · Maintain well organized and clean workstation in a 5S manufacturing environment · Update required documentation in support of efficient production processes and to ensure a quality product · Perform to all quality expectations, isolate and report all defects, ensure that product meets all dimensional and cosmetic standards, and adhere to all SOP standards ·Communicate efficiently and professionally with coworkers, other shifts, and other departments · Utilize tap measure for quality checks and utilize computer systems/HMI screen regularly · Count and maintain accurate inventory records as needed
Additional Skills: · High school or equivalent (Required) · Manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred) · Excellent team working skills · Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift · Ability to demonstrate acceptable attendance and work days, nights, or weekends as scheduled · Ability and willingness to work overtime as required · Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hearing protection, steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and hard hats · Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 70 pounds
